Choose:- Wide or Extra Wide to increase the window in which energy is focused into one peak (increased base width) when the surface may reflect multiple weak echoes (can happen for non horizontal surfaces).- Normal to get the best resolution and ability to track echoes close to each other. For liquid applications always use Normal.For solid applications this parameter is very useful. By choosing Wide or Extra Wide energy from a sloping surface can be focused into one echo peak making it easier for the device to track the surface. Accuracy of the device will be lower, but robustness will increase. |
