| Help: | Defines how often an echo has to be present in order to consider the echo as a candidate for the surface echo. A value from 0 to 1 (0% to 100%) can be entered for this parameter.A high number (1) indicates to the device to expect the echo to be present at every measurement. This setting will only keep relevant echo candidates but can also make it less robust since valid echoes sometimes disappear.A low number (0.01) tells the device that echoes only need to occur seldom in order to be considered a surface echo candidate. This setting might store a lot of invalid echo candidates since they do not have to be present very often. |
